We are looking for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to potential buyers, as well as developing and executing sales strategies to meet company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the home building and buying process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The candidate MUST have at least two years' experience in new home sales with a builder, preferrably as an in-house, model home-based sales professional. A strong achievement drive and desire to exceed expectations is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the new home sales process and be able to explain it to potential buyers and to the realtor partner network in our area.
• Provide accurate information on the features and benefits of the homes being sold.
• Develop relationships with potential buyers and maintain contact with them throughout the sales process.
• Be able to negotiate contracts and closing details with buyers.
• Be knowledgeable about the local real estate market and be able to provide market analysis to potential buyers and to company personnel as this postion requires involvement in selecting plans and pricing for new homes in the community in which they work.
• Be able to identify potential problems and develop solutions for them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
